Enjoy the simplicity of this quiet and centrally located home, surrounded by greenery and mountains.
This house is on the second floor, facing a public street just minutes from Quepos and Manuel Antonio. You don’t need to drive to enjoy a nice hike to the Malecón or Marina Pez Vela, and it’s close to supermarkets and shops, as well as the beautiful beaches and Manuel Antonio Park.

The space
A fully equipped, city centre home in a lovely setting, SECOND FLOOR

It is located 5 minutes from city centre Quepos, on Calle Vieja towards Manuel Antonio, with a capacity for 10 people; after the first 10, there is an additional charge per person (maximum 15 people).
The house has four bedrooms.

1 room with 1 single bed
1 room with 1 queen-size bed
1 room with 3 single beds (a 3-bedroom unit).

1 room with 1 single bed + 1 single bed and a double bunk bed

2 extra mattresses.

The house is located on a public street; it is on the second level, which requires climbing stairs.
It has two separate entrances—one private and one shared—and you may use both.

Things you should consider!!

The house is on the second level (beautiful view), (may be difficult for people with disabilities).

No hot shower—Quepos is a very hot area, so the water is warm.
