you need to enjoy a comfortable self-catering experience with a
Nespresso coffee machine for added convenience and a breakfast bar
extending from one wall, serving as both a workspace and a dining area
with stools for two.
The modern living room features a spacious couch with a coffee table, a
geometric-patterned media console with a wall-mounted television and
internet access is available throughout the property. Sliding doors
open to the patio, featuring two comfy armchairs and a round side
table, creating the perfect spot to enjoy a peaceful afternoon, taking
in the scenery with a drink of your choice.
The bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with a queen-size bed with
nightstands on either side, with an en-suite bathroom featuring a
walk-in shower, a toilet, and a double sink with vanities. Linen and
towels are provided with your stay.
Green Point is home to the Cape Town Stadium, the Green Point Common,
and the Urban Park, among many other attractions. The area offers a
variety of nearby activities to enjoy, including swimming at the beach,
cycling, or surfing, as well as an excellent selection of restaurants
and cafés to suit every taste.
In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. To confirm your booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration (if applicable), and estimated arrival time. This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
Please note that the maximum vehicle height for basement parking is 2 metres.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 55 High Level Road, Green Point, 8051.
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
