About this property
Iconic Architecture With Sweeping Mountain Views!
The sweeping mountain and city views from this 15th floor flat will take your breath away! The flat comes with 1 under-cover parking spot in the parking garage, but no block in the City Bowl has more off-street secure guest parking than this one! This secure complex has access control, electric fencing and 24hour patrols. Facilities include: 2 swimming pools (a 25 meter and a kiddy pool), 2 tennis courts, squash court, plenty braai (BBQ) spots in the big gardens, in-house laundry.
The location is in the quiet secure part of the City Bowl of Cape Town, called Vredehoek, which is 10 minutes drive from UCT (University of Cape Town), beaches and night life. It is also walking distance from the nearest MyCiti bus stop, supermarket and hip and happening restaurants.
The flat has teak and kiaat wooden parquet flooring throughout with mountain and city views from both the bedroom and lounge. It is furnished in a mid-century modern style with modern kitchen and appliances, including washing machine, oven, stove, microwave oven and big fridge.
The bed in the bedroom is a queen size extra length, so tall people can sleep more comfortably.
There are ample spaces to get down and do some work on: the raised kitchen counter or the dining room table.
The fibre wifi internet is unlimited, unshaped and unthrottled. Speed: 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.
The bathroom and toilet are separate, but both feature basins with mirrors, so there should be no problem with space to get ready in the morning! The bathroom has a shower over the bath tub.

About the host
Hosted by Babett
I am a born and bred Capetonian who loves to hike on Table Mountain and swim in the reservoirs on top! I have done most ParkRuns on the Cape Peninsula and my favourite one is the Green Point ParkRun. I do Kundalini Yoga three to four times a week and attempt doing Vipassana mediation too! Cape Town has so many awesome restaurants and wine estates, that it would be impossible to list them all.
Why they chose this property
This complex has been one of my favourites in Cape Town ever since I was little. The post modern architecture is unique and the facilities are unrivalled.
