A stone built, semi-detached cottage, renovated to a good standard and tastefully furnished with the accommodation on an easy split level.. 3 steps to entrance.
All on the Ground Floor:
Living/dining room: Freeview TV, DAB Radio, Woodburner
Kitchen: Electric Cooker, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher
Bedroom: Double (4ft 6in) Bed
Bathroom: Bath, Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner provided.. Enclosed lawned garden with gravel and garden furniture. Bike store. Private parking. No smoking. Please note: No children or pets.. Situated in the rural village of Old Liverton, the cottage is set well back from the road, within its own grounds of 6 acres, giving guests privacy and generous parking. These beautiful gardens are perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure or even snuggle up in front of the log fire. Located on the edge of the North York Moors National Park and just a short drive over the Moors into the Esk Valley, an area renowned for spectacular scenery and beautiful villages. Take a drive and explore or sit back and relax on a steam train journey into the heart of the national park and ‘Heartbeat’ country via the villages of Grosmont and Goathland. Just 3 miles from the coast and within easy reach of the Victorian town of Saltburn by the Sea and fishing villages such as Staithes, Sandsend and Runswick Bay to name a few. The beaches at nearby Skinningrove can be viewed from the Cleveland Way that snakes its way across the stunning North Yorkshire Heritage Coast. Bird watchers and nature lovers will be excited by the RSPB centre at Saltholme to the north where many birds can be spotted and Seal Sands, where a glimpse of the seals that have made their home in the most unlikely of surroundings can sometimes be viewed. The bustling town of Whitby is just 12 miles away with its many events and festivals such as Goth Weekenders, Music festivals and Regattas along with 3km of golden sands.
