From Via Beatrice Alliata you can easily reach both the Marina and the pedestrian area. All main services are nearby, and the Conad City supermarket is only 250 meters away.
In Via Alliata no. 35, in a very central area, we rent an elegantly renovated apartment located on the second floor of a building without an elevator.
The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, a very spacious double bedroom and a bathroom (without window). A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is a study area overlooking the living room and an attic bedroom with a private terrace offering a wonderful sea view.
AMENITIES: induction hob, electric oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, washing machine, air conditioning in the double bedroom and in the mezzanine, 1 fan for the attic bedroom, TV.
BEDS: There are 4 sleeping places, consisting of two double beds.
