With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the apartment is ideal for both families and groups of friends. There is also a parking space available on the property.

LIVING ROOM

The living room is located just inside the entrance, featuring a large picture window that makes the space bright and welcoming. Here you’ll find a sofa that converts into a sofa bed if needed, a coffee table, and a large smart TV.

KITCHEN

To the right of the entrance is the kitchen, equipped with every amenity and appliance. In addition, there is a toaster, a microwave, and a coffee machine, for which welcome coffee pods will be provided.

HALLWAY

Beyond the living room is a small hallway leading to the bedrooms and bathrooms.

Both bedrooms are triple rooms, each with one double bed and one single bed, featuring a modern yet cosy design, with a clean, white colour scheme. The rooms are equipped with every comfort, including a safe in the first bedroom on the left.

Both bathrooms are modern, recently renovated, and spacious. They are equipped with all the basic amenities, including a bidet, hair dryer, and washing machine.

OUTDOOR SPACE

Outside, there is a large, bright terrace, ideal for spending time outdoors. The terrace also features an outdoor table, perfect for taking a moment to relax during summer lunches and dinners.

In addition to the apartment and the terrace, guests will have access to shared spaces—including the garden and car park—with other apartments I manage.

This apartment is ideal for both groups and families, but in most cases, parties are not allowed—especially during peak season—as this is a quiet, residential area. In any case, it’s best to discuss this when making your reservation.
