It has a fully equipped kitchenette with everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals.
The bedroom has a large double bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom is complete with shower tray.
This flat is set in a region close to the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, a protected natural area of rare beauty.
It is located in the centre of Cascais, a 15/20 minute walk from the historic centre, with its local shops, open-air restaurants, pastry shops and bars, as well as the beaches with calm waters of the Estoril Coast, the Marina and Clube Naval de Cascais.
It is also very close, 10 minutes by car, to one of the best beaches in the area, Guincho beach, known internationally for surfing, windsurfing and kite surfing and now more recently for paddle surfing.
It's also around 10 minutes by car from Quinta da Marinha, one of the best golf courses in the area, surrounded by lush pine trees.
