￫ Building
The house is located in a private condominium on Furadouro Beach in Ovar. About 30 minutes drive between Aveiro and Porto, you will also have access to other locations via the Ovar train station (about 10 minutes drive away). The condo has access to an outdoor pool and tennis court (both shared) and outdoor parking.

￫ Bedrooms
The house has three bedrooms, one with 2 single beds (drawer beds) and two suites with 2 double beds and balconies.

￫ Bathrooms
The house has three bathrooms, two with shower and bathtub and the other with shower only.

￫ Living Room / Dining Room
The living room is spacious and has an immensity of natural light. It is equipped with two comfortable sofas, indoor fireplace, flat-screen TV, dining table and access to the private garden.

￫ Garden
In the garden, you will find an outdoor table to enjoy a wine and a nice meal with family or friends.

￫ Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker (coffee not included).

￫ Pool and Tennis Court
Guests have access to the condo's outdoor pool and tennis court.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts at 16:00 and check-out must be done until 11:00(am). Before leaving, please place the keys inside the lockbox.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
￫ The pool is shared and its opening may be dependent on local authorities.
￫ Pool in operation, however may be under maintenance without notice from the condominium.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly bill consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
