Set in the magnificent south of Rethymno, near the villages of Melampes and Agia Galini, the Villa is a panoramic sanctuary where indoor-outdoor living feels entirely effortless. Spread across three levels, the home balances social flow with retreat-like calm: a sea-facing main living level for gatherings, a master suite perched above with its own private balcony, and a lower level devoted to play, cinema nights and spa serenity. The allure is unmistakable—an elevated hideout, thoughtfully designed for unhurried living and truly restorative escapes.

External Living | Heated Pool & Hot Tub
Wrapped within a generous 5,000m² plot with 300m² of curated outdoor living space, the exterior unfolds like a private resort terrace—framed by nature, sky and an endless blue horizon. A 50m² private infinity pool (1.40m depth, can be heated upon request with an additional fee) anchors the experience, while a sunken hot tub for four offers the perfect spot for slow evenings beneath the stars. Bespoke premium sunbeds, a shaded cabana for two and a poolside shower elevate the pool terrace into an all-day sanctuary, while the pergola-covered dining setting welcomes lingering alfresco feasts with panoramic sea views. An outdoor cooking station with an electric BBQ, three-ring hobs and sink completes the scene—ideal for unhurried meals, sunset toasts and private dining moments in the open air.


Outdoor Pool Heating Policy:
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 80 €/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available

The villa’s most indulgent feature is its private wellness sanctuary: a serene spa room with sauna, hammam and massage table, alongside a shower area—inviting restorative rituals between sunlit swims and late-night conversations. Five serene bedrooms unfold across the three levels, including three on the ground level, a master suite above on the first floor and one lower-level bedroom, while a well-balanced collection of en-suite and shared bathrooms—plus an additional WC—ensures effortless comfort and privacy throughout. Accommodating up to 10 guests in real beds, with space for one more on the sofa bed on the lower floor, the villa comfortably hosts a maximum of 11 guests.
