Wonderful Peaceful Villa

We were very happy with our stay here. The villa is in great condition and was very spacious for the three of us. Everything clean and in working condition.Good size pool with separate pools towelsGreat bbq area for outdoor dining, including outside fridge, however the nearest supermarket is 30 minutes away so you will need a car.Location is very quiet and no noise from neighbours.

A great place to relax

The villa delivers on its promise: a beautiful place to be and relax by the pool side or on the nearby beach. The house has all the comfort required. Should you need anything more: the owner and the agency are very responsive to help out where needed. Located in the South of the island, you will find absolute peace and quite. For those who want to visit places and be more active, there is quite a lot to visit and see (towns, canyons, beautiful beaches, monasteries, ...) at 1-2 hours drive.

Summer family holiday

Could not rate this holiday high enough. Amazing time had by the whole family. Supported and looked after from start to finish. Owners were lovely and very attentive. Villa was amazing. Would 100% stay here again.

Hochwertige Villa, toller Strand

Wer auf Kreta das Meer, die Natur und Ruhe sucht, wird sich in dieser sehr gut ausgestatteten Villa wohl fühlen. Der wunderschöne Triopetra-Strand befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, einige Tavernen laden zur Einkehr ein. Das Haus selbst ist mit seinen vier Schlafzimmern hervorragend für größere Familien oder Gruppen geeignet, die Betreuung durch die Vermieter und auch die Agentur war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben hier eine wunderschöne Woche verlebt und würden die Villa jederzeit wieder mieten.

Beautiful Villa, secluded, well maintained

We had a wonderful time at Villa Theano, which is pretty much as one can see on the pictures - beautiful, located close to Little Triopetra beach, very much of an "away from it all" vibe. The owner family is very hospitable and a pleasant presence around the house, since they do the cleaning themselves and stop by regularly.

Durchweg positiv und absolut empfehlenswert

Wir sind aufgrund der Corona Situation sehr kurzfristig auf diese Villa gestoßen, da unser ursprüngliches Ziel als Risikogebiet eingestuft wurde. Die Fahrt vom Flughafen zur Villa beträgt etwa 1 Stunde 40 Minuten und ist mit dem Auto gut und einfach zu erreichen. Die Villa ist top modern und verfügt wirklich über alles, was man für die Selbstversorgung benötigt. Sogar ein kleines Starter-Paket (Getränke, Bier, Wein, Snacks, Obst) war nach unserer Ankunft bereitgestellt. Die Zimmer sowie das gesamte Anwesen waren sauber und schön hergerichtet. Der Außenbereich verfügt über einen großen Pool, eine Außenküche und ausreichend Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Die Besitzer der Villa sind unbeschreiblich nett, fürsorglich und zuvorkommend. Sie kümmern sich wirklich um die kleinsten Dinge, damit man sich wohlfühlt und sich keine Gedanken im Urlaub machen muss. Egal was fehlt, stört oder kaputt ist, sie kümmern sich unverzüglich darum. Per Whatsapp oder telefonisch sind sie durchgehend erreichbar und da ihre eigene Taverne am nahegelegenen Strand (etwa 500 Meter Luftlinie) liegt, sind sie schnell da bei Problemen und können fehlende Lebensmittel vorbei bringen, da sie alles in ihrer Taverne haben. Die moderne Villa verfügt über mehrere Zimmer, alle mit Klimaanlage, eigenem Bad und WC, 2 Küchen sowie die Außenküche, Waschmaschine und auch sonst allem, was man so zuhause hat, es fehlt an wirklich nichts!! Ich und unsere gesamte Reisegruppe (wir waren 4 befreundete Paare im Alter um die 30) können die Villa zu 100% empfehlen. Vaso und Antonio (die Besitzer) tun ihren Teil dazu, dass alles zu unserem besten Wünschen verlief. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und abgelegen, sodass man niemanden stört oder selbst gestört wird. Zu eigenen schönen Stränden fährt man etwa 1 Autostunde.

Beautiful modern Villa

Stunning new villa in an amazing part of the beautiful south of the island. A great base to explore some of the stunning remote coves and beaches of the South. Fantastic pool for the kids and a short walk to the beach and tavernas. Great food at both beaches and lovely traditional food 2km up the hill. Owners were so helpful and accommodating. Beautifully clean and all the modern amenities and air con!

Modernes, neues Haus in absoluter Strand- und Tavernennähe

Das Haus wurde neu gebaut und ist hell und modern eingerichtet. Auch die Aussenanlagen inklusive des großen Pools sind neu und einwandfrei. Besonders genossen haben wir die tolle Lage: man kann in wenigen Minuten zum Strand und zu einigen guten Tavernen zu Fuss gehen. Es war super angenehm ohne Auto zum Strand und zum Essen gehen zu können. Wir haben die zwei Wochen in Triopetra sehr genossen und würden uns freuen, wieder dort Urlaub machen zu können.
