The property features a modern fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a cosy living room, a spacious triple room, a double room and two complete bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub. Enhanced by original antique floors and valuable furnishings, the apartment combines the charm of Venetian tradition with contemporary comfort. The building is equipped with a lift. Upon request, possibility of two additional sleeping places thanks to the sofa bed. Maximum capacity 7 people. Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM may require a supplement of €50 (to be paid in cash upon arrival).
