In Dorsoduro, one of the most elegant districts of Venice, in Fondamenta Spirito Santo overlooking on Giudecca Canal, few steps from Salute church, completely renovated, sunny and comfortable apartment in a convenient location to reach San Marco Square and all main sightseeing in few minutes but away from the noisy crowds. Super recommended for a family or group of friends.
The apartment is on a restored and small building: spacious and bright living room that overlooks on Zattere with view on Redentore Church, furnished with a large and comfortable sofa and 2 armchairs; in a separate room fully equipped american kitchen with dinner table equipped for 6 people.
The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people: a king bedroom ensuite (bed 165x190) and 2 twin bedrooms (on request it is possible to have the king bed) with the large main bathroom.

This was our first visit to Venice. The apartment was perfectly located and accessible to all Venice points of interest. We visited with another couple and the apartment was very comfortable for four adults. Excellent stay

The property was attractive, clean, comfortable, quiet, and well-located; we had everything we needed. Our host made it exceptional - Monica helped us arrange cost-effective transport from the airport, was flexible with check-in when our flight was delayed, and provided tips for what to see, where to eat, and how to get where we needed to go. Her guest book was a helpful reference. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Monica was fun and delightful to work with and she helped us figure out how to travel by vaporetto. The apartment was nice and as described, it had everything we needed. The common area was very nice and comfortable for the 5 of us. We wished we had been a little closer to St Mark’s square and that area, just because we are senior women and the walk felt long on some days, but we bought a 3-day vaporetto pass and traveled by boat and loved it.

Very nice, comfy place. In a quiet area with a short walk to many restaurants, cafes, and attractions. Monica was very nice and helpful with offering suggestions in Venice and organizing transportation to the airport when we left. We had a great time exploring Venice.

Over and above helpful host!

The flat is lovely and well-placed for wandering, with easy access by water bus or taxi. When we couldn’t get an early taxi to the airport, our wonderful host stepped in and found us a lift! Highly recommend.

Perfect base to explore.

The apartment was the perfect base for our family to explore the sights of Venice. A quieter spot away from the bustle of the touristy centre. Just a short walk away and you can get lost in the back streets of the art district, find hidden away restaurants and also get to the main sights. The apartment had everything our family needed and was clean and well appointed, Monica was very helpful when checking in and met us as the local Waterbus station. Superb views from the kitchen each morning and a cosy place to relax after a long day exploring.

The home was excellent

The home was excellent well-maintained very cute condo. You do want to take on consideration once you get off the water bus you will need to walk quite a bit with your luggage. The host/owner waited for us to walk us to the home, very nice of her. The home is well equipped, for example European plug-ins that were excellent to us. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who likes the at home feeling.

Celebrating birthdays of three teenagers our grandchildren

Ideally situated 10 minutes from academia et 5 minutes from Zattere vaporetto stop.Less crowdy than San Marco.Convenient supermarket 200 m distant.Animated and authentic environment.Our 15 grandchildren were able to walk around on their own.They liked it !

Great Guidecca Views

The apartment was exactly what we expected for six- two grandparents, two parents, and two teens. The neighborhood was great- on the water( Guidecca Canal). The canal was there when you came out of the apartment gate. Vaporetto to get there was crowded and difficult with suitcases but that’s Venice. Alberto our host set up a water taxi when we left for the train station-quite an adventure but great. I would definitely stay there again.

A lovely flat

A great location by Spirito Santo, within easy walking distance of Salute, so good access to vaporetto routes. A very comfortable, warm first floor flat with a large well equipped kitchen. A quiet neighbourhood, very close to a supermarket and bars and restaurants. Communication was very easy with Monica, who met us at the vaporetto stop and showed us round the flat. All in all, a lovely week. Thank you.

A Hidden Gem

We (a family group of five adults) stayed a week in this lovely apartment in Dorsoduro. It was exactly as shown in the photos - very light, very stylish, very comfortable. Definitely a great place to return to after long days of exploration. It was well-equipped and very clean. We had the choice of two vaporetto stops close by - one on the Grand Canal and the other on the Giudecca Canal. We were also within close walking distance of a Conad supermarket as well as some very nice restaurants. We would have no hesitation in returning to this quiet corner of Venice.

On our own in Venice

After a delightful Viking cruise of the Mediterranean our group of 4 women spent 3 days in Venice. Getting from the cruise terminal in nearby Chioggia we made our way to Venice and found our VRBO easily thanks to our host Monica’s instructions. She met us at the nearby waterbus stop. The flat was perfect for us. Very clean, spacious and well equipped and in an ideal and quiet location. There were lots of great restaurants within walking distance We purchased 3 day transit passes and enjoyed finding our way around Venice. We also used our passes to spend an afternoon in Murano. There were lots of delicious restaurants nearby. Monica organized a private water taxi to pick us up nearby for our very early morning trip to the airport.

Great location in Venice

Even if we were a bit late because of delay in our train, we have been warmly welcomed by Monica who waited for us. She took time to give us advice on the area and answered all of our questions during check-in. The apartment had a great space for kitchen and lounge, the beds were comfortable. We have been able to use the washing machine and it was practical to have a large hanging support for letting it dry. The small grocery and vaporetto stop were very close and made this place extremely convenient. Only little point to note, it would be great to have an espresso machine in the kitchen, I think this is the only thing missing to make it perfect! But this is very minor considering the overall score. I would definitely go back there without any hesitation. Grazie!
