You will have the entire detached house to yourself. Both the kitchen and bathroom will be equipped with all essentials. Clean bed linen and towels will be provided.

Since this house has a garden, it is natural that you may occasionally see insects such as flies.
One of the air conditioners is temporarily out of service. Currently, only one bedroom and the living room are equipped with AC, while the other rooms are provided with fans.
There are 2 Superbox devices in the apartment providing internet connection. Please note that due to the size and layout of the property, the WiFi signal may be weaker in some rooms.
In Bodrum, temporary water cuts or low water pressure may occasionally occur due to regional water scarcity. However, the apartment is equipped with a hydrophore system, which helps maintain water flow inside the property even when the external supply is reduced.
