Quiet rural setting with the ocean only minutes away. Private entrance front and back to enjoy the property. Secure parking in our garage for your bikes or cycles. Maple Mountain, located minutes away, beckons single track downhill enthusiasts. Cowichan valley has numerous mountain trails as well as the Trans Canada Trail only a short distance away from our property. Ferry to Saltspring island just down the hill. Chemainus village is a 12 km ride away. Duncan is only 14 km away. World famous Crofton Seawalk just a few minutes away as well. Relax in our 2 bedroom self contained suite with full kitchen, breakfast counter and all amenities expected when you travel. This is a newer property and we are ready to welcome you to it!

Very clean and bright space! Bedrooms a generous size; beds in the rooms are comfortable. Minimal outdoor amenities are balanced by a location at the edge of town with easy access to the beautiful spots around Crofton in the Cowichan Valley.
The Host responded to all our inquires quickly. Initial access to the suite was easy and Dan welcomed us when we arrived. The suite is well equipped with lots of dishes and flatware. Parking is at the front door. Overall, a great stay.
This has been the second time I have here on this property. It is no my home away from home when visiting family in the area. It is quiet, very clean and Dan is a very attentive host. Would recommend this stay. 21.
We were so happy to find this beautiful rental! Our 2 week stay was so cozy and relaxing. Stunning views with a peaceful atmostphere, we even greeted by some local deer. With a quick drive to many different towns and attractions made this spot very convenient for our stay. Top notch and we'll definitely be staying here for our next visit. Thank you!
This place is awesome. Perfect size. Alwats neat and clean. Perfect location for what i need. Awesome friendly host. Can't wait to come back next year!!!
Our rental was in great shape and Dave the owner was very attentive and helpful. He has added split system AC's for when it's hot and has strip heaters in each room for when it's cold. Plenty of parking and a great view. Nice area with parks and good walking paths. Potts and pans, refrigerator and microwave. Well equipped kitchen. We'll be back.
This is a great place. There were 4 of us and there was plenty of space. The location is ideal especially if you want to go to Salt Springs island. There are lots of brochures describing what nearby has to offer! Lots of games are available as well! There's nothing missing. Communication with the owner was easy and fast as well. I would certainly go back if I ever need a place in that area again.
Well situated, views, clean, quiet and the odd deer sighting in the yard. Who could ask for anything more!

Nous avons séjourner en septembre 2024, a notre arrivé le propriétaire n'était pas présent mais nous avait mentionné lendroit ou se stationner, le code pour avoir accès à l'appartement... tout était comme il lavait dit. A son arrivée il est venu nous voir pour être certain quil ne nous manquait rien et que tout etait a notre goût, ce qui etait le cas !!! Il nous a permis de faire un feu a l'extérieur et c'est joint a nous un soir, ce fut bien agréable. Appartement moderne et bien entretenu.

This property is definitely a gem!
I travelled with my 2 kids and we had a terrific stay. In fact, I don’t think we could have found a better place to stay. Everything was perfect for what we needed.
Dan is an excellent host & we will absolutely stay here again.
Three wheel in was awesome. Best rental ive ever had. Location was perfect. House was awesome. Very clean and great selection of kitchen items. Dan is a great host!!!

This was a great quiet 2 bedroom apartment off the beaten track. Duncan was only 15 minutes away will all services, restaurants, stores, and great bohemian feel. Great biking and hiking within minutes of your front door. The place had all the needed amenities and the host was great.
We were a group of 4 Adults and we really enjoyed our stay! The View is Wonderful! The walk down to the beach and back was a work out for me (68 yr) but, it was a good way to wake up our day, stay in shape and good conversation with family as we walked. We really enjoyed the access to the BBQ, had family over, slept comfortably and relaxed. Really appreciated our host who helped us with whatever we needed. Our Second time staying and we definitely will be back in the future!

The suite contained everything for a great stay. Beds were amazing, excellent shower and kitchen facilities.
Dan was a great host with good communications. We'll take advantage of the bike storage garage next time we visit.
Sitting outside in nice weather the view is spectacular!
We love to travel on two wheels and in four as well! Meet great people everywhere we go and thought it a great way to meet more, is to host. We built this amazing home only minutes from the ocean and the view is beautiful. Osborne Bay is an active harbour with BC Ferry, large ships as well as pleasure craft always on the go. Lived in this community for over 30 years and know the area very well. Great mountain biking and road cycling all around here as well as the Trans Canada Trail only 10 minutes drive. The town is quaint and quiet with friendly people walking the boardwalk or relaxing at a pub or great diner. Wineries all around as well as distillers now so it makes for an enjoyable weekend retreat area as well. Take a look at the towns info on Google. Its a gem and worth a visit!
