Art Music House is a bright 100 sqm apartment located on the third floor, featuring a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy your meals while admiring the stunning Lake Como and its unique landscapes.
As you step across our doorstep, you will meet Bel, our lovely and friendly big dog.
Surrounded by nature, the apartment is just a 5-minute walk from Dongo beach.
Dongo is the ideal destination for mountain biking, trekking, lakeside and mountain walks, kitesurfing, windsurfing, and also for its rich history!

The space

The apartment is functionally and warmly furnished, ideal for families or groups. The living room is spacious and bright, equipped with a TV with access to Netflix and Prime Video — perfect for relaxing after a day of excursions.

The large kitchen offers direct access to the balcony, where you can dine outdoors or simply unwind while enjoying the breathtaking lake view.

The property features 3 bedrooms with a total of 6 sleeping places, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. The bathroom is modern and well equipped, with a large bathtub and a spacious shower enclosure.

Near the property, we offer our guests a private covered garage. Alternatively, just below the apartment, there is a public parking area with a parking disc system.

Other things to keep in mind

The tourist tax amounts to €1 per person per day, except for the following categories:

children under 14 years old;

non self-sufficient disabled persons with valid medical certification and their accompanying person;

members of the State and Local Police forces, as well as the National Fire Brigade, staying for service-related reasons.

The tourist tax will be collected upon arrival at the apartment.
