The apartment is lovely and really relaxing once you have navigated the 150 or so non optional steps !!! Great points - lovely view really outside inside feel to the property - very well equipped kitchen and comfy beds….. negative points the second bedroom has no curtains at all and bright lights outside all night - no privacy or darkness. Also no electricity points at all in this room. Great washing machine but no clothes airer to dry the clothes on. But we had a lovely time and would book again

Vi gillade verkligen stället, enkelt, ljust, högt upp på södra begssluttningen, härlig utsikt, bredvid utsiktsplatsen.Det är 158 trappsteg upp, så inget för de lata eller småbarnfamilj.Hoppas att takterrassen uppdateras med bättre och fräschare möblemang. En liten varning ang dörren till takterassen, den blåser igen och du blir utlåst om du inte sätter nyckeln på utsidan under vistelsen.Bra beskrivning att hitta dit och komma in.Rekommenderas.

Die Lage und die Aussicht aus der Wohnung ist wunderschön. Die Personen vor Ort waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Aber die Ausstattung lässt deutlich zu wünschen übrig: rund ums Haus standen mindestens zehn Plastikkübel, teilweise gefühlt mit Bauschutt , es lagen viele Rückstände von einem irgendwann gemachten Umbau herum. Die Möbel wären selbst in einem Drittklass Secondhandshop, nicht mehr verkaufbar, ein Büchergestell zeigt deutliche Zerfallserscheinungen, die Sesselkissen sind zerrissen, die Innentreppe wurde renoviert, aber man sieht deutlich, wo repariert wurde, weil die Treppe nicht neu gestrichen worden ist.Neue Röhren sind gezogen worden, rundrum sind die Löcher aber noch offen. Wenn es regnet, bilden sich bei den Fensterbogen, die nicht verglast sind große Pfützen. Bei uns regnete es einmal in der Nacht, es tropfte im Wohnbereich, im Badezimmer, im Wohnzimmer und in einer Art Schlafzimmer etwa an zehn Orten herein. Auch die Terrassenausstattung gleicht einem Trödlerladen mit unverkauftbaren Gegenständen. Ich bin erstaunt, dass das Qualitätsmanagement bei Fewo hier nicht greift. Normalerweise sind wir Kunden von Airbnb und haben dort deutlich bessere Unterkünfte gemietet. Ich hoffe, dass mein Kommentar den Eigentümer motiviert, mehr in diese Wohnung zu stecken. Es könnte mit wenig Aufwand ein Bijou werden. Nebenbei: es wurde nirgends erwähnt, dass der Zugang nur über mehr als 100 Treppen per Fuß erfolgen kann. Für uns, als Senioren eine Herausforderung.

Gute Lage aber schlechte Möbel

Sauberkeit war OK. Küche und Bad und TV funktionieren. Duschabtrennung vergammelt.Silikonfugen verschimmelt. Im kleinen Wohnzimmer regnet es rein. Die Möbel incl.der Betten sind reif für den Sperrmüll. Aussicht toll. Beschwerlicher Aufstieg zur Wohnung.

LAS MEJORES VISTAS DE PUERTO MOGAN

Esas vistas lo perdona todo. La casa está un poco descuidada en cuanto a mantenimiento (no de limpieza) y hay que coger todo un poco "con pinzas" ya que es fácil romper algo, cosa que NO nos importó en absoluto ya que vivir allí fue una experiencia maravillosa ! No utilizamos la habitación principal, dormimos en la habitación anexa y es como dormir fuera ! Increíble. Estela fantástica recibida y sin problemas a la hora de comunicarnos con ella. El peor punto es la escalera hasta llegar a la casa, pero otra vez, no nos importó en absoluto. Cuando llegas arriba pareciera que el mundo se para ! Recomendable al 100%

Beste Aussicht ever!!!

Einreise, Kommunikation und Hilfsbereitschaft waren super. Aussicht unbeschreiblich schön!!! Man muss etwas sportlich sein wegen der 150 Treppen, aber die Aussicht war das allemal wert! Küche hat alles nötige drin. Möbeln sind in die Jahre gekommen. Die Stadt ist zuckersüß, wir waren sehr glücklich dort.

Der Ausblick vom Wohnzimmer ist einfach grandios und geradezu unbeschreiblich. Aufstieg zur Wohnung ist aufgrund der vielen Stufen ambitioniert und deshalb nur für einigermaßen sportliche Menschen zu empfehlen. Belohnt wird man aber mit einem malerischen Aufstieg und einer tollen Wohnung. Jederzeit wieder :)
