Bright and airy, the living room opens onto a balcony with a seating area for al fresco meals or relaxed evenings. Inside, you'll find a double sofa bed, TV, air conditioning, and even a fireplace - comfort year-round.

The apartment has two bedrooms, both equipped with air conditioning and comfortable beds. The ensuite bedroom includes a foldable laptop stand, making it ideal for remote work or catching up on emails.

- Bathrooms
The apartment features two bathrooms: the ensuite bathroom includes both a bathtub and a shower, while the second bathroom, accessible from the hallway, is equipped with a shower only — perfect for ensuring a smooth morning routine for families or friends.

- Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen, connected to the living room via a breakfast counter, includes a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine (coffee not included), and all the essential utensils - ideal for family meals or quick snacks between pool dips. You'll also find a washing machine and dryer, for add convenience.

Good to Know Before You Book

- The apartment is located on the first floor of a building with no elevator.
- Pools are open year-round from 8:00 to 19:00, but there are no lifeguards on duty.
- Mini-golf has an additional cost and availability may vary.
- While the resort is peaceful and self-contained, having a car is recommended to explore the beaches and nearby areas comfortably.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts at 17:00.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
￫ Check-out must be done until 11am.
￫ Pool in operation, however may be under maintenance without notice from the condominium.
￫ Night time in person assistance due to issues unimputable to the property will have an extra cost of €25 from 10:00 pm and €50 from 00:00 am.
￫ The Resort has access control to the facilities. All guests must wear a (reusable) wristband, which gives access to the facilities. Each wristband costs 20€ in cases of loss.
￫ For stays equal or longer than 28 nights, monthly bill consumptions are included up to 150€. Amounts above that value will be charged to the guest. By placing a reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
￫ Please note that the apartment includes one hairdryer for guests' use.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT.:

- Please confirm your check-in time as soon as possible so we can arrange everything specially for you.
- Flexible check-in and check-out are available upon request, but only if the property is available. These requests must be done in advance.
- Late Check-Out Fee.: Possible if the property is available, but it’s subject to a payment of a 25€ fee.
- Early Check-In Fee.: Possible if the property is available, but it’s subject to a payment of a 25€ fee.


CLEANING and LAUNDRY.:

- Bedding Sets and Towels are provided according with the number of guests.
- The Cleaning Fee covers the check-in/check-out cleaning only.
- For longer stays it's possible to arrange extra cleanings (with an additional cost).
- For stays longer than 7 nights, extra linen will be provided.
- The apartment is always cleaned by a professional cleaning service. If there's something that doesn't meet your standards, please contact us.


OTHER RULES.:

- Make sure you are up-to-date on travel restrictions/requirements. We may ask for additional documentation according to government guidelines.
- The silent period in Portugal is between 22h00 and 08h00, and night rest period must be respected. The apartment is in a residential area and you should be aware that social events and other activities that might disturb the neighbors are prohibited.
￫ Night trips due to problems beyond the control of the property will have an extra cost of €25 from 10:00 pm and €50 from 00:00 am.
- As a city in continuous modernization, renovation works may occur in the vicinity of the building without prior notice. We would also like to remind you that the property is located in a residential building, where conservation or renovation works may take place during your stay.
