Villa Eva is a spacious three-bedroom villa located in a quiet residential area of Torreblanca, offering privacy, comfort, and beautiful sea views. Set within a well-kept garden, the villa features a private swimming pool, lawned areas, and a sauna, perfect for relaxing outdoor living.

Accessed down a short flight of stairs, the villa is arranged over three levels. On the first floor, the master bedroom features a king-size bed, fitted wardrobes, a 32” Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with bath, shower attachment, and bidet. The master bedroom opens onto a shared terrace overlooking the pool and sea. The second bedroom offers twin beds and fitted wardrobes, while there is also an office on this floor, featuring a sofa, desk and chair and fitted wardrobes. The office room shares access to the terrace.
