Not a place for 4 adults washroom door does not close. Master bed very sagy squeaky sofa bed good for kids pictures of property taken years ago nice view from roof top. Shower does not drain so a problem. Cannot suggest staying at this property unless young and 1 minute shower does not bother you.

First of all I must say the host is very good and attentive with very rapid communication and even kindly let us drop off our bags in the apartment before check-in so we could start exploring Barcelona.The location is excellent being very near La Rambla and many restaurants.As expected for much of Europe, there is no lift so if bringing bags up 5 flights of stairs for you is difficult then this will be challenging. There is a lovely rooftop terrace once up there however.3 Issues:1. There is a 2 person jacuzzi but it was not filled and therefore not able to be used during our stay. This was a big factor why we rented this place actually. There were also 4 of us, so we would not have all been able to use it at the same time.2. This is very much a 1-bedroom apartment and not 2 bedroom as advertised.There is a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a pull out couch in then sitting area. So our friends had to come into our bedroom at night to use the bathroom, whose door did not properly close.3. The drain in the shower does not drain adequately so water builds up, ultimately spilling out onto the floor. This leaves a somewhat funky smell in the room. Also there is no shelf or ledge in the shower so nowhere to put your toiletries. We only stayed 2 nights and our friends were only with us for one night so we made the most of it and obviously most of the day was not spent in the apartment!
