Apartment is in middle of its entire floor being remodeled. No flooring in hallways, lights on strings, sheet rocked only walls. Eerie feeling.The apartment is very nice with new amenities as advertised. However, the master bedroom window does not close and is ajar a few inches. Sill got wet during a rain.The location is good and close to shops and restaurants and is about a 20 minute walk to Hyde Park not 6 minutes as advertised.All in all for the price and location we would stay again, but it is not for everyone till construction projects completed.
