Experience the best of Portugal’s charm and contemporary luxury at this newly built, custom-decorated villa near the beachfront of Praia D’El Rey. This 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath retreat blends serene surroundings with modern comfort, making it the ideal escape. Just about every detail of the villa, from the artisanal ceramics to the linens and furniture, has been carefully sourced from local Portuguese artisans and suppliers, showcasing the finest craftsmanship Portugal has to offer. Whether basking in ocean views or enjoying the peaceful ambiance, this villa promises a memorable, relaxing experience.

Each of the four bedrooms is uniquely styled to offer a restful retreat. The first floor features three bedrooms—two with queen-size (double) beds and one with two twin beds—all offering pool and beach views. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, a Sonos portable speaker, a 32” flatscreen Smart TV, a dedicated workspace, and a private balcony with cozy seating overlooking the pool. The fourth bedroom, located on the ground floor, includes a queen-size (double) bed, 43” flatscreen Smart TV, dedicated workspace, and has an ensuite bathroom, with direct access to the pool and kitchen.

The villa’s spacious, open-plan living area is bathed in natural light, combining a sleek, high-end kitchen, dining space, and comfortable lounge. The kitchen, with black cabinetry and white countertops, is fully equipped with premium appliances, including a hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, dual-temperature wine fridge, and a MoccaMaster ground coffee machine with an Aerolatte milk frother for that perfect cappuccino. (Instructions provided!) Additional appliances include a toaster, kettle, rice cooker, juicer, Vitamix blender, stand mixer, a multi-use hand blender/chopper, and two hair dryers. There is also air conditioning throughout the villa.

The dining and living areas comfortably seat 8, with floor to ceiling windows filling the space with sunlight. The lounge area features a 75” flatscreen Smart TV, a Sonos sound system, and a selection of popular board games for entertainment.

Step outside to the private pool area with an outdoor shower, sun loungers, a sofa, dining table with 8 chairs, and two barbecues (Weber gas and built-in charcoal), perfect for al fresco meals under the sun or stars.

For added fun, the basement features a ping pong table. There is also a laundry room with a washer, dryer, and sink, and an electric car charging outlet.

The villa also features an incredible rooftop terrace with a sofa lounge—an idyllic spot for sunset views over the Praia D’El Rey resort.

Our office is located 7 minutes from the resort, in Serra D'El Rei, and we will be available for any situation that may arise.
Arrivals are made in person at our office and a member of our team will accompany you to the property.

Praia D'El Rey is a development with an 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, a Marriott Hotel, and a wide range of properties available for local accommodation. For golf lovers, it is the perfect location, as there are three more golf courses just a few minutes away: Royal Óbidos, West Cliffs, and Bom Sucesso. For those who prefer surfing beyond the waves at Praia D'El Rey, there are numerous beaches such as Supertubos, Peniche de Cima, and Baleal that are excellent for this activity.

A car is necessary to get to and from the resort.
