Vila do Golfe 401-6 - 3 bedroom villa with private pool and garden

Entering the villa you have the feeling of light and space from the double height exposed staircase. In front of you is the open plan living and dining room with 2 sets of french doors that lead you outside to your private swimming pool, covered terrace and the garden. The living and dining area is styled in shades of crisp white and vibrant reds. The well-equipped kitchen is located just off the living/dining area and also leads outside to the built in BBQ and the outside dining area.

Also on the ground floor are the two twin bedrooms which each has an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The ground-floor bedrooms both have sliding glass doors which open on the fully enclosed and private front garden. This is a great area for children to play away from the swimming pool (which can be heated with additional payment), or for enjoying a quiet area to relax in the sun. The ground floor bedrooms can be prepared as double beds or twin bed.

Upstairs is the large master bedroom which also has a full en-suite bathroom which offers a bath and a separate walk-in shower. From the master bedroom you can also step out to a good sized sunny terrace, the perfect spot for relaxing with a good book in the afternoon sun, and enjoying the calming views over the golf course to the countryside and hills in the distance.

Vila do Golfe is a cluster of modern villas situated close to the beach in the Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort. The sandy beach and the 5 star Mariott Hotel with spa, gym and restaurants are a short walk away. The Tennis Club is 5 minutes away by car, and the Club House and first tee are around 3 minutes away by car or 20 minutes on foot.

Our office is located 7 minutes from the resort, in Serra D'El Rei, and we will be available for any situation that may arise.
Arrivals are made in person at our office and a member of our team will accompany you to the property.

Praia D'El Rey is a development with an 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, a Marriott Hotel, and a wide range of properties available for local accommodation. For golf lovers, it is the perfect location, as there are three more golf courses just a few minutes away: Royal Óbidos, West Cliffs, and Bom Sucesso. For those who prefer surfing beyond the waves at Praia D'El Rey, there are numerous beaches such as Supertubos, Peniche de Cima, and Baleal that are excellent for this activity.

A car is necessary to get to and from the resort.
