Panoramic terrace at the entrance, airy, with beautiful sea views and a table for your outdoor dinners. Parking space in the courtyard, additional outdoor shower area for when you return from the beach. There's really nothing missing!!!



Other things to note

Mezzanine sleeping area that is reached via an internal spiral staircase. Pay attention to the steps of the spiral staircase and the slope of the ceiling in the bedroom. The sleeping area consists of a separate double bedroom with air conditioning equipped with a skylight, a small bathroom (toilet and sink) and a ventilated corner where the single bed is located.
