In a quiet and well-served residential area, 800 metres from the centre and the lakeside, accessible on foot via a convenient pedestrian path, Casa Apollonia is a modern apartment with its own private internal parking. It is a house with only two dwellings, each with its own private garden and a lovely covered terrace. From the windows, one can enjoy views of the Rocca di Garda and the surrounding hills. The entrance is on the raised ground floor: a few steps from the communal courtyard with space for two cars (accessed via an electric gate). One enters directly into the living room-kitchen with an L-shaped sofa and digital terrestrial TV, (4-burner gas cooker, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave), extendable table with 6 chairs, French door leading to a covered terrace approximately 2.5 x 2 metres in a crescent shape, with access via 5 steps to a garden equipped with outdoor furniture. The sleeping area consists of 1 bathroom with bath-shower and 1 bathroom with shower, both with windows and towel radiators. 2 double bedrooms (one with ceiling fan) and one room with two single beds. Independent gas heating, underfloor, with individual control in each room. The washing machine is located in the cellar, directly beneath the apartment, accessible via the communal staircase. Pets accepted.
