Welcome to this completely new, modern house designed to offer comfort and functionality in a privileged location in Espinho.
The house has two bedrooms with double beds, one of which is a suite, as well as a second complete bathroom, ideal for families or groups of friends. The social area is open space, integrating the kitchen and living room, creating a bright, modern and welcoming environment.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including a washing machine and dishwasher. The living room has a single sofa bed and TV. The house also has Wi-Fi and air conditioning, ensuring comfort in any season of the year. Check-in is autonomous, offering total flexibility on your arrival.
Located just a few steps from the beach, it allows you to easily enjoy the sea and the promenade. The Espinho Casino is just over 1 km away, and a Continente supermarket is just 650 meters away, making everyday life easier during your stay.
- A DAMAGE DEPOSIT of 200€ will be asked before check-in. The damage deposit is refundable a 2/3 days after check-out, if no damage is done to the property.
