The Ridgeway in New Quay, Ceredigion, sleeps four guests in two bedrooms.

The Ridgeway consists of an open-plan living space with a gas oven and hob, microwave, AirFryer, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, dining seating, sitting area, Smart TV, and WiFi. The bedrooms include a king-size with en-suite bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail, and WC, and a twin with en-suite shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed veranda with patio furniture and 4 x recliner chairs in grey box on patio and off-road parking for two cars. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, and smoking is not permitted. Shops, pubs, and the beach are 1 mile away. Enjoy a refreshing coastal retreat at The Ridgeway. Note: Steps up to the lodge, unsuitable for those with limited mobility. Note: Guests have access to an on-site children's play area and woodland walks. Please be aware that the park on which the lodge is situated does have a policy in place where dogs listed under the Dangerous Dogs Act are not allowed on the park. Note: Good housekeeping bond of 150GBP.

Town: This delightful seaside town is one of the most popular holiday resorts all year round, and it is easy to see why when you stroll along the sea edge and enjoy the beautiful views. The lovely range of gift shops, tea rooms, restaurants and pubs offer all you need, while boat trips are a wonderful opportunity to spot the playful dolphins, seals and other rare animals and birds that inhabit the bay's sheltering waters. For the hands-on members of your party why not try sailing, kayaking, windsurfing, and power boating with expert tuition available? The famous poet, Dylan Thomas, penned many works with inspiration in New Quay including "Quite Early One Morning" and you can follow the Dylan Thomas trail around the town. Just 7 miles away is Aberaeron, a lively Georgian harbour town with multi-coloured cottages and a good selection of restaurants and inns. This wonderful area of Wales not only has stunning sandy beaches, but also beautiful countryside walks and the outstanding Devil's Bridge is world-renowned for the three bridges, the narrow gauge steam railway and the cascading waterfalls. A perfect base for wonderful holidays, all year round.

I'm going to start from the out side in..It has a lovely view across to a wooded hill.area..the birds and bird song were beautiful ..Amazing..It's a lovely site...The decking area ..clean .. perfect and generous size..The site it's self is well kept and clean Inside was Amazing..everything clean..up to date...modern...except with us .it had something that let it down...First let me say it did have a information folder..Yes it tells you emergency number ..which is very useful and other site information ...BUT had No information on the van it's self...which was not only a let down but a inconvenience..As when we arrived the first night...We had no hot water or heating..To some it maybe easy to sus..had to reboot the gas heater to get some hot water..no heating as no idea how to work it ..and it was cool that night...It took into the next day to sus it...as it has a Google Nest learning Thermostat thingNo information on how it works..even found the box(that's how we knew what it was)..again No information...trail and error..It was a shame...as they say...it was the fly in the ointment..Not everyone is savvy on how things work....
