Sea House is a unique and very versatile solution, ideal for large families or groups of friends who want to be together while maintaining their privacy. It is located in Lu Bagnu, on Corso Italia, just 50 meters from the sea: in just a few steps you reach the beach and the seafront, perfect for baths, walks and spectacular sunsets.

The house develops in a particular and suggestive way. From the private garden you climb a flight of stairs that leads to a large panoramic terrace completely for the exclusive use of guests, the true heart of the house, ideal for eating outdoors, relaxing in the sun or enjoying the sea breeze.

From the terrace you can access two independent two-room apartments: on the right a two-room apartment with 4 beds, on the left a second two-room apartment with another 4 beds. The two units have separate entrances but share the beautiful private terrace, creating a perfect solution to accommodate up to 8 people in total, with two bathrooms and a kitchen present in one of the two apartments. The total surface area is approximately 100 m2, well distributed and functional.

The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine and TV, to ensure comfort even during longer stays.

The location is strategic: in addition to the sea just a few meters away, in the immediate vicinity you will find bars, restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream parlors, supermarkets and all the essential services, within easy walking distance.

At Sea House you can easily explore some of the most fascinating areas of northern Sardinia. Just a few minutes' drive away is Castelsardo, with its perched historic center, medieval castle, characteristic alleys, and artisan workshops. In the surrounding area, you can discover beaches and coves with crystal-clear waters, go snorkeling, boat trips, coastal excursions, or scenic walks. The hinterland offers typical villages and excellent local cuisine, perfect for a day other than the sea.
