For those who love the sea and the light of the Bay of Mt St Michel, a unique place, on the beach with an extraordinary view that changes every moment depending on the weather and the tide, very quiet, very comfortable, three bedrooms, one with bed of 180, one with bed of 160 and one with two beds of 90 and a bed baby, a room of bath and a room of shower, equipped kitchen opened on big stay with mezzanine which makes room of TV and games, terraces which overlook the beach, a garden, close to all shops (5 minutes by car or 10. minutes walk from the beach) many excursions, Mt St Michel, Channel Islands, Chausey..parking behind the house.

Lovely house in beautiful surroundings.

Merci beaucoup à Sylvie pour la réalisation de nous souhaits organisationnels! This delightful family home makes you instantly feel welcome and is a great base to explore the western part of Normandy. The living/dining room offers marvelous views of the sea and the silhouette of Granville with beautiful sunsets. A terrace perched above the cliff, surrounded by wild roses, adds to the charm of this spacious house. Just a few steps from the beach, this localization offers a lot of diversion, even for the youngest family members. Thanks to the home owners comprehensive information pack we were able to make the most of local markets and sample the great food of the region.

Merveilleuse semaine d'avril passée en famille dans cette maison posée sur la plage entre Saint Pair et Granville. Paysages de carte postale depuis les grandes fenêtres. La maison est vaste et confortable et l'on s'y sent bien dès notre arrivée. A renouveler !

Idyllic Location

Situated just a few yards from the ocean, this property enjoys an enviable location. The interior of this cottage is spacious, spotlessly clean and fully equipped. The exterior has a pretty garden area and 2 glorious terraces overlooking the coast. The village is an easy 10 minute stroll away, and has a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Nothing was too much trouble for Sylvie, she answered any questions or queries promptly and fully. This property comes highly recommended - location, location, location!

Merveilleux séjour

La maison est extraordinaire. Pleine de charme naturel et de livres. Chaque fenêtre donne à voir la mer qui entoure cette maison posée sur le sable. Jamais une demeure ne m'avait donné cette impression d'être dans un navire. Tous les matins, nous allions acheter du pain au village en prenant le chemin de la plage. Quitter ce coin de paradis a été difficile.

the best vacation we had in years

This villa is a magic place from all points of view: location, spellbind tides, amazing sunsets, so on and on and on... But the main thing is LOVE -- which pours from every stone, flower, piece of furniture or interior decoration. It is a house that definitely was built with love, kept with love and with much love given to those who come to rent it. Sylvie, the owner, is one of the sweetiest persons we ever came by -- being always with us on the phone and mail when we needed her, or just giving us advice on the places to visit when we never asked of. Shall by all means be back and are already jealous of those who decide to go there before us!

Magnifique maison face à la mer

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette maison incroyablement bien située. Face à la mer, elle offre un panorama magnifique sur Granville et sur la plage de Saint Pair. C'est une demeure charmante et accueillante, confortable et chaleureuse où l'on se sent bien immédiatement. On y vit au rythme des marées, dans une ambiance très ressourçante. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Localisation exceptionnelle

Ouvrez les yeux sur la mer ! Localisation exceptionnelle, pour cette maison de vacances familiale. Charme d’une demeure ancienne et chaleureuse. Non seulement en bord de mer, mais sur la plage ! Grand calme, juste le chant des vagues au gré de la marée. Située dans la baie du Mont Saint Michel, entre Granville et le charmant village de Saint Pair sur mer, où les commerces sont de qualité (à quelques minutes de marche par la plage, ce qui est très agréable). Jardin très fleuri, deux terrasses. Décoration de charme, simple dans les chambres. Vue magnifique sur la mer et Granville, couchers de soleil magnétiques. En contemplation non stop. On s’y sent bien , presque au bout du monde et on a envie d’y revenir.
