Beach front house Saint Pair Sur Mer near Granville

Large detatched house in beautiful village a couple of miles from centre of Granville. Comfortably accomodated large family group of 13 adults and a baby. Well equipped kitchen . Downstairs shower room and third floor bathroom. Most bedrooms have wash hand basin . Bedrooms large and comfortable. Garden leading directly onto bea h with outdoor sea water pool 2 minute walk away. Ideal location for a family beach holiday. Supermarket and restaurants bakeries and butchers short walk away. Beach front bars and casino short walk away. Would definitely return and recommend to friends.

Top emplacement idéal et maison familiale très fonctionnel

Nous avons passé un très bon WE la maison est très bien située, la cuisine est très bien équipée, les chambres sont bien, il manquerait juste une salle d’eau au premier étage sinon parfait je recommande

accès direct à la plage, proximité des commerces sans prendre la voiture, nous avons passé un super week-end malheureusement bien trop court !!!

Maison fonctionnelle correspondant à nos attentes. Très bien équipée à tous points de vue.

seule petite remarque les sommiers ne sont pas tous très en forme.. pour des personnes âgées ou ayant des problèmes de dos. Des toilettes au premier étage seraient en effet bienvenues, mais l'ensemble reste très très bien adapté pour un groupe nombreux avec des personnes de tous âges et de conditions physiques très différentes et nous avons tou.te.s passé un excellent séjour. L'accueil a été agréable et très avenant.
