The open plan living area is comprised of a sitting area with television and feature window. This blends seamlessly into a well-equipped kitchen and dining area that can comfortably seat six guests.

Beyond the living area, you make your way to the three beautifully prepared en-suite bedrooms. Each has been presented with sumptuous white linens, with fabulous patterns permeating the decor. With little to disturb you, a restful night of sleep awaits.

Outside, there is a small grassed area that has been enclosed and is great for dogs to roam in. Nearby, there is also wood-fired hot tub that adds to the fun! Ample off-road parking is provided for up to four cars. The property sits right by Peddars Way Path, a long distance trail which is great for exploring on foot, bike or horse.

For those looking for stabling and space to hack, the estate offers up to five spacious horse stables with plenty of grazing and turnout areas for horses. DIY livery or full livery options available. Horse hire is also possible by prior arrangement. Bedding is included, but guests must bring their own hay and feed. Enjoy miles of off-road horse riding and hacking across 2,500-acres of Norfolk farm and heathland, with optional cross country jumps and hedges for an extra thrill.
