Nabq is a popular area with a beautiful beach, plentiful restaurants and nearby shops. The private villa and private pool is located inside Sea Beach Edge Resort security gate and offers a private oasis surrounded by trees, landscaped gardens, pool and secure outdoor lounge area. You will receive a beach access card to enjoy the residents area of the hotel beach for free. Free WiFi, satellite, water and electricity.

The space
Looking for the perfect place to unwind? This private villa with its own pool, located inside a beautiful beach resort, offers the ideal blend of comfort, space, and privacy. The villa has four cozy bedrooms, giving everyone plenty of room to relax. The master bedroom is a standout, featuring a WiFi TV and an en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub - perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach.

Upstairs, there’s a full marble bathroom, while the ground floor has an additional toilet and sink for convenience. The open living space includes a comfy sofa and a dining area for eight - great for family dinners or relaxed evenings with friends. You’ll have access to fast internet throughout the villa thanks to a portable WiFi router, keeping you connected whenever you need.

Start your day at the beach or take it easy by your private pool. The outdoor lounge area is a great spot for a quiet morning coffee or a laid-back evening on the sun loungers. Whether you’re staying for a short time or a long working vacation, this villa is designed to help you feel at home while making the most of your time by the beautiful red sea. Please note that even though the resort sprays for mosquitoes, it’s recommended to bring with you or buy some mosquito repellent at the pharmacy nearby, as there are alot of mosquitoes in Sharm.

Checking in is easy - late arrivals are no problem with the key box, and I’ll make sure your details are shared with the security gate for a smooth entrance. Myself and the property manager will always be available to assist during your stay. The resort’s maintenance and cleaning staff are on hand until later in the evening for extra peace of mind. Early check-in or late check-out can also be arranged when possible - just let me know in advance 😁

The villa is self-catering, but if you’d like extra housekeeping or laundry services, these can be arranged with the villa manager for an additional fee. For your convenience, there’s a washing machine in the villa, along with laundry detergent and dishwasher tablets to help you settle in easily.

The resort is well-equipped with a supermarket and pharmacy right at the security gate for any essentials you might need. Across the street, there’s a larger supermarket with fresh fruit, local drinks, ATMs, currency exchange, phone cards, and the best seafood spot in Sharm - Fares 🐟. For great Italian food, Il Vizietto is just a 10-minute walk away, serving wood-fired pizza that’s not to be missed (they also deliver!). About 1 km from the resort, La Strada Mall offers plenty of shopping and dining options, from Lebanese and Asian cuisine to the famous German Bakery for fresh bread and pastries. The large Metro supermarket nearby can even arrange delivery of your groceries after checkout.

Getting around is simple. Taxis are available 24/7 right outside the resort, while affordable minibuses run throughout the day, taking you to all the destinations in Sharm. Unfortunately Uber doesn’t work in Sharm for whatever reason. Airport 15 minutes. Soho Square 15 minutes. Naama Bay 20 minutes. Hadiba/Old market 30 minutes. The residents area of the resort beach is 10 minutes walk from the villa, on the right side of the hotel.

Guest access
For convenience and cost, I recommend simply grabbing a taxi or bus right outside the airport, available 24/7. A taxi ride to Sea Beach Edge in Nabq should take about 15 minutes and cost around 10 dollars. Be aware that airport security can sometimes cause long delays.

The villa manager will provide you with beach cards for access to the residents section of the beach. Hotel security is strict and villa guests do not receive hotel wristbands. You can tell hotel security for example, “going to reception to pay for dinner” and they will let you in but watch you. Beach access is less than 10 minutes walk, to the far right of the hotel, there is an entrance gate where you show your beach cards.

Guideline Prices: Full day use of hotel facilities. Purchased at reception. The cashier is to the far left of reception go directly there.

The buffet dinner starts at 7pm and costs 15 dollars, paid at the cashier at the far left of reception.

There may be an entry fee of 10 dollars to access the long pier.

The gym at the hotel is run by a private operator and may cost 10-20 dollars.

Spa and massages are available to book at the hotel spa, ask the villa manager for packages.

For excursions, watersports, diving trips, and private drivers, services are available along the beach in all hotels.

The roof and the big gate at the end of the garden are locked and not accessible.

Other things to note
Unmarried Egyptian or Arabic couples are not permitted to enter the resort’s security gate or accommodation. Villa staff are also prohibited from entering the villa for cleaning or maintenance unless the guest is present at all times to supervise. The hotel security gate operates 24/7 and is available in case of emergencies. Resort access is fully secured at all times.

Your beach card grants you access to the beachfront promenade, which features other hotel restaurants, cafés, diving shops, mini-markets, and is especially enjoyable for an evening stroll. You do not receive a wristband to the hotel.

Sharm is generally very safe, and Nabq National Park, located nearby, is a beautiful place worth visiting!
