Living & Sleeping Area The heart of the studio features a high-quality pull-out sofa bed. During the day, it’s a comfortable spot to relax and watch TV; at night, it easily converts into a snug bed for a restful sleep. To keep your stay organized, there is a dedicated wardrobe for your clothes and belongings.
Work-From-Home Ready Whether you’re a digital nomad or just need to check your emails, the apartment includes a dedicated work desk and high-speed WiFi. The large window provides natural light, making it a pleasant spot to stay productive.
Fully Equipped Kitchenette Small but mighty, the kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal:

Public Transport
You are just a few minutes` walk away from major public transport stops (Pērnavas iela and A. Čaka iela):
To the City Center / Old Town: Multiple trolleybuses (No. 18, 23) and buses will get you to the city center in about 10–15 minutes.
To the Central Train/Bus Station: Direct lines make it very easy to arrive from the airport or head out for a day trip to the beach in Jūrmala.
Walking & Parks
One of the best parts of this location is the greenery. You are nestled between two of Riga`s most beautiful parks:
Ziedoņdārzs: 5 minutes away—perfect for a morning jog or a coffee in the park.
Grīziņkalns Park: 5 minutes away—great for outdoor workouts or a sunset stroll.

Bolt/Uber: Ride-sharing is very affordable in Riga. A trip to the center usually costs between €4–€7.
Electric Scooters: You will find Bolt or Tuul scooters parked on almost every corner nearby—the fastest way to zip around in the summer.

Street Parking: There is generally available street parking on Alauksta iela and surrounding streets. (Note: Please check local signage for zones; Alauksta iela is typically in a more affordable or free zone compared to the city center).
1. Being on the ground floor means you’ll never have to carry heavy bags up flights of stairs. For your privacy, the windows are equipped with blinds/curtains, allowing you to enjoy the natural light while keeping the space private from the street.

This is a 20m² studio. Every piece of furniture has been chosen to maximize space. It is perfect for solo travelers or couples who are out exploring during the day and need a high-quality, functional home base.
Pro-tip: If you are a light sleeper, please note that like any city-center apartment, you may occasionally hear the sounds of the neighborhood waking up in the morning.
3. Parking
Street Parking: Parking on Alauksta iela is generally paid street parking (Zone C or D, depending on the specific spot), managed by `Rīgas Satiksme.`
Free Options: There are often free parking spots available further down the side streets, but please pay close attention to the signs. We recommend using the Mobilly or EuroPark app for easy payment.
4. Self Check-In
We offer a flexible self-check-in process via a lockbox. This means you don`t have to worry about arriving late or meeting someone at a specific time. Instructions will be sent to you on the morning of your arrival.
5. Trash & Recycling
To keep the studio fresh, we kindly ask guests to take out their trash if staying for more than a few days. The large communal bins are located [in the building courtyard / just outside the main entrance].
6. Smoking & Parties
To respect our neighbors and the historical building, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Similarly, parties or loud gatherings are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
