This beautiful property sits in a small gated cul-de-sac within the popular area close to the Golden Beach hotel, and the new Paralimni Marina.

The villa offers large outside space with private swimming pool, ideal for relaxing away the day in the Cypriot Sunshine and enjoying evenings for pre-dinner drinks or for enjoying a bbq and a relaxing evening.

The villa is open plan with a fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, dining table and chairs, lounge area with TV and patio doors leading out onto the terrace and pool area. There is a downstairs toilet.

There are 3 bedrooms with the master bedroom having en-suite and the other bedrooms sharing a bathroom. There are 2 bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with 2 single beds.

This villa is perfect for a family holiday or a luxury holiday with friends just minutes from the beach.
