What a wonderful Villa. Owners were so helpful, greeted us upon arrival and offered help with anything we needed. Clean and very comfortable villa with everthijg you could need to a very comfortable stay.The outside space is amazing, the pool is such a great size and was very warm all the time.Would highly recommend and we would definitely go back.

Lovely relaxing villa!

We have just returned from a lovely week at this villa. It is even nicer than it looks in the pictures, and is very well equipped making our stay as relaxing and easy as possible. We were made to feel very welcome and any questions we had were answered. 3 generations enjoyed the pool and facilities, making it a perfect place for families and friends. We would definitely recommend this villa!

Great, friendly, host from start to finish - very helpful. Villa was perfect with everything you would need/could think of catered for. Huge, clean pool, loads of towels, clean throughout. Pernera itself very friendly area - great beaches very close to villa as well as harbour and numerous shops & restaurants.

Beautiful Spacious Villa

We visited the Villa in a party of four adults and three children. The Villa was large and spacious with a large pool and bar area surrounded by fruit and Palm Trees. It was ideal for our needs and great to relax of an evening. The garden at the back has fruit trees and another outdoor space for barbecuing. All towels toiletries and cleaning products are provided. The Villa is about 10 minutes walk to all the bars and restaurants of Pernera and a short walk to the bus stop to take you to Aya Napa via Protaras. Marios is a very friendly host and we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday here.

Everything thing you could want….almost

As previous reviewers have stated this property was excellent and held everything from water coolers to tissues and an abundance of toiletries and spare towels. The pool area was excellent as was the pool itself. The only negative for me was the absence of satellite TV. Despite being advertised as ‘satellite’ the choice of TV viewing was restricted to 10 local channels. You do eventually get bored of 1990 repeats of Teletubbies in Greek Still worth 5 stars though

Very good initial comms from the owners and it was clear they had made a lot of effort with small touches to welcome us for our stay, which were very much appreciated.However, we quickly noticed a number of issues that we communicated with the owner, as suggested by Vrbo. The issues we found were raised the next day, see pictures (Saturday) and the owner wasn't going to come to us until the Wednesday to review resolve. Given we only have one holiday a year as a family it was important for us to be somewhere we could enjoy. After much thought we decided to leave the property and booked somewhere else, entirely at our own expense.The photos are old and there have been some changes to the pool area and the property is more tired that it would appear from the photos. We raised the issue with the owner and Vrbo about the photos and they have still not been changed after 5 months, just showing that the owner is not interested in marketing this property in a way that reflects what you will find on arrival.Be aware of the large gaps in the reviews. This should have been a warning sign, but one that we missed. Vrbo allow owners to remove reviews, so it is no shock that very few people appear to have left a review going all the way back to 2018 (17 in total)and all of these positive. 17 reviews in 7 years…..ridiculous. Vrbo customer service has been terrible. Not a full review as Vrbo only allows 1500 characters.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour de 6 nuits. Marios et sa femme sont adorables, très accueillants et très rapides à répondre à toutes les questions. La maison est spacieuse et très cosy. On se sent « comme à la maison ». Les lits sont confortables. La climatisation et les douches marchent très bien. La piscine est très grande. La maison se trouve à Pernera, dans le centre-ville donc facile d’accès en voiture et avec tous les commerces et restaurants à proximité.

Amazing Villa with big swimming pool and extensive outside space

Just back from an amazing holiday here. The location is prity prefect for exploring, the local beach/shop is just a 10 min walk away with a more shops and bars/restaurants 15 mins away. There is a beautiful prom walk along the coast all the way past Fig tree bay. It takes about 1 hr 30 to walk the entire way but worth doing to find the best beaches. The villa has everything u need. The pool area is stunning with a massive array of different trees. The pool was safe enough for non swimmers but still deep enough for the more confident to have fun! Plenty of inflatables here ready. Marios and Julious at the dive centre were super helpful. The villa had more than we needed, no need to buy the basics as they were all there (salt/pepper/washing up liquid/toiletries etc) great sound system in the outside bar area. Great choice of outside eating areas ( breakfast out the back surrounded by fruit trees and dinner out the front by the pool) plenty of shade should you need it but ample sun areas also. No need for towels as Marios has a massive supply. Plenty of extra bedding if the aircon is to chilly. Wonderful high pressure shower in the on suite and a lovely hot shower pool side should you wish to shower outside. Hydro jet bath and shower in main bathroom. Honestly couldn’t fault this Villa for a perfectly relaxed holiday. We used the pool every single day even when it did drop to 21. We have spent along time looking for a villa with a pool this size and this was by far the biggest. Best beaches are Fig tree, konos bay and Nissi (Aiya napa) but the golden coast bay which is 10 minutes walk away is still beautiful and peaceful. The strip is lively and massive choice of bars and restaurants but you do need a car or taxi for this. Amazing bakery at Fig tree bay for breakfast and great coffee which we took back to the villa.

Outstanding villa with excellent communication between ourselves and the host all facilities and amenities at villa as stated by host abundance of toiletries , towels at villa ,excellent pool well enjoyed by all our party especially the junior members of our family, all beds comfortable as stated in previous reviews bus stop close by all bars and resteraunts in walking distance car not needed unless you need to. venture further than Ayia Napa .We would highly recommend this Villa in a nice peaceful area ideal for the 8 of us not once feeling we were under one another’s feet ample room great outside area for Barbeques and no problems from the host but if any assistance needed we could also ask the guys in the Dive the Rock Scuba shop on frontage of property , once again a big thank you our host for allowing the use of such a lovely peaceful villa and would recommend to friends and family definetly hope to return again soon

Great villa with amazing pool

Great homey feel at this big villa. Walkable to beach and shops, but a car makes the stay more enjoyable. The big pool is a real gem, much larger than at other villas. Very nice owners who greeted us and provided breakfast for the next morning, as we arrived late at night. Thank you Marios!

Fantastic place, ideal location

This is a fantastic Villa that really feels like a home, so we relaxed as soon as we arrived. It's very spacious with everything you would need including use of beach towels if you were tight on luggage allowance. The pool is amazing, warm day and night with loungers and a swing seat to relax on...even with an outside fridge so you can grab a drink without walking into the villa dripping wet. Great communications with the owner Marios and the ever helpful Will was always on hand if you needed anything. A 5 minute walk takes you to Pernera centre with plenty of bars and restaurants to chose from. Recommend eating at Doma and Mojitos in particular. Buses into the busier Protaras are easy to catch and regular. Beaches are easy to walk to and all of a good standard, but we only went twice because the Villa and pool were so good. Thank you Marios for being such a considerate host, and to Will for all your help. We've had such a great holiday and hope to come back again. Yia mas!

Tuckers & Willetts Holiday

Well what can we say we all has a wonderful Holiday here, the Villa is amazing and very spacious. it was so nice to wake every morning to your own pool and not have to beat the crowds for a sun bed. Marios and Dora couldn't of been more helpful and were there on hand for anything we needed but not intrusive on our stay. regular buses available if wanted to venture out bit lovely beach only ten minutes walk away where plenty of nice restaurants and bars are to. Aiya Napa only 15 euros in a taxi if you have youngsters with you. We hired beach buggies for 30 euros per day which were very handy to get about and explore different areas. Overall a beautiful villa with easy reach of facilities, we will most definitely be returning in the future.

GO FOR IT!!!

If you have any doubt in your mind about this villa, then don't. There is so much room, the beds are very comfy, and there are very effective A/C units in all the rooms, so even when it was 100 deg + outside, the villa was lovely and cool. Its nice to stay in a villa that is very private, yet only a 5 min walk to the bars and restaurants of Pernera. Again, like the other reviewers, we hopped on and off the bus that stopped a stones throw away from the villa, so no car required. Bus 102 that stops right outside the shop goes to Pernera, Protaras and Ayia Napa, Bus 101 picks up outside Kama apartments and goes to Paralimni. All day rider ticket is only 5 euro for adults, 2.50 for children, and children 5 and under are free. Marios was the perfect host and left us to it. Cannot recommend enough. We packed so many toiletries too thinking there would be nothing at the villa, but lots of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, nail polish remover etc, so don't weight your cases down unnecessarily.

Absolutely fantastic place!

Do not hesitate on booking this villa, it really has the wow factor and the pictures do not do it justice! When we arrived which was quite late at night Marios the owner was waiting to greet us with a very nice bottle of chilled wine showed us around and left us to get on with it, just the little touches like they stocked the fridge and cupboards with all the essentials so you could make a cuppa when you arrived or made a sandwich just lovely...and the villa well we have stayed in many of these all over the globe and this is the best! We will be going back here! Book this and you won't be disappointed, perfect contacts, perfect location, perfect place! Thanks Marios and Raymond see you again. Best regards Dean and Carolyn

Family Villa

Just returned from staying for 2 weeks at this villa, it was even better than the description on the web site. The villa is a very good size, very clean though out and well maintained. Very large pool where the temp didn't drop below 30 degrees, large areas around pool and behind villa in which to sunbathe all day. Parking area behind secure gates. The owner Marios and his family were very welcoming and answered any questions we had (he even operates a boat sight seeing trip to Cape Greco). Many local bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk from the villa. Car hire not required as local bus stop 100m from villa which will take you to Paralimni or Protaras, Agia Napa every 20 minutes. Nearest shop for basic food/drink etc, 100 metres away. We would recommend this villa and would be very happy to return in the future.

By renting our Villa we make up some of the running expenses but most importantly we make new friends from all over the world. That is why we love to book our property to families.

Why they chose this property

We have bought this property due to its plot size (950sq/m or 10,000 sq/ft )and overall space and comfort that I would look for when on Holidays.
Its location for our standards is prime because it is in a prime Tourist resort not very close to the
Music sounds of the pups yet not far away either. It is walking distance of the beach and you would ever need when on holidays (Bus, convenient store, restaurant, pubs….)

What makes this property unique

The most important benefit when staying in our property is that you will be dealing with a family owned Villa that like to make your holidays enjoyable so you will return. Your will have your privacy and can relax in the calm of the 5.50x12.50 meters swimming pool. However you are not far away of any facilities.
