The “Sandy Beach” apartment has one bedroom and one bathroom. The bedroom has a 150x190 bed, and the bathroom has a shower.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, toaster, microwave, and kettle. And a washing machine
The building has a swimming pool for adults and children, a playground, and paddle tennis courts.
Bus 25 takes you directly to city centre Valencia in about half an hour
Located in La Albufera Natural Park, the “Sandy Beach” apartment is surrounded by nature.
La Albufera is a freshwater lagoon separated from the Mediterranean Sea (El Saler Beach) by a long forest and white sand dunes called Dehesa de El Saler, which are about 1 kilometre wide. This is one of the few places in the world where you can watch both the sunrise and the sunset from the same spot on the water. La Albufera was designated a SPA (Special Protection Area for Birds) in 1986 and a SCI (Site of Community Importance) because all kinds of birds migrating from Northern Europe to Africa to spend the winter stop at La Albufera to rest.
This wonderful Natural Park belongs to the city of Valencia and is just 10 kilometres from the city centre.
