Adjacent to the lounge, you’ll find the dining area with a round table and comfortable chairs, ideal for enjoying meals prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes essential appliances and cooking utensils, allowing you to prepare everything from a simple breakfast to a full dinner with ease.

The separate bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a comfortable double bed dressed in fresh linens, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.

The bathroom features a bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day. Fresh towels and essential amenities are provided for your convenience. A washer and dryer are also available, making the space especially practical for longer stays.

An enclosed veranda along the side of the house adds a unique touch, offering additional space where you can unwind while enjoying natural light in comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A bright and modern apartment in Oeiras, just a short drive from the coast. Guests can enjoy nearby beaches such as Praia de Santo Amaro and Praia da Torre, stroll along the seaside promenade, and visit the scenic Oeiras Marina. With local cafés, restaurants, and good transport links to Lisbon, it’s an ideal base for combining beach relaxation with city exploration.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Santo Amaro (Cascais Line), is just a 13–15 minute walk from the property, offering direct connections to Lisbon (Cais do Sodré) and Cascais.

Lisbon Humberto Delgado Airport (LIS) is approximately a 25–30 minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
