The "Achterhus Usedom" is your sunny retreat for 2 (up to 4) people in a dream location between sparkling Achterwasser and only 800 m from the Baltic Sea beach.
The space
Our AchterHus Usedom is an idyllic holiday home in Zempin – between the wide Baltic Sea and views of the quiet Achterwasser.
A cozy fireplace room with (sleeping) sofa, a small kitchen and bathroom with shower are on the ground floor.
To sleep, you go up a narrow spiral staircase under the sloping roof. You sleep in a double bed there. There is also a single bed in the same room.
The house has its own small terrace and parking space at the cottage.
Guest access
The cottage is for your exclusive use on one side of our property and has its own parking space, garden and terrace. The Achterhus is completely fenced.
Other things to note
Dogs are welcome here, but not in beds or on sofas please. Never leave your dog alone in the house.
A furry friend fee of EUR 10.00/night applies.
Tourist tax is paid directly in the village.
