The open-plan kitchen with island is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, including induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and coffee machine. The sleeping area features two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, providing the perfect accommodation for families or small groups. Air conditioning is available in the living room and in one double bedroom. The interiors are enhanced by Wi-Fi, ensuring a comfortable stay in every season. The private terrace is the ideal place to relax and enjoy views over the city.

• The amount will be automatically released at the end of the stay (timing may vary depending on the bank).

• As private homes, they do not follow hotel standards and may present minor imperfections that do not affect functionality.
• Klodge is a professional real estate intermediary specialised in short-term tourist rentals.

• After booking, online check-in is required (upload of documents and selfie for each guest).
• Data is processed in compliance with the GDPR Regulation.
• Signing a tourist rental agreement is mandatory. The contract will be in Italian; a courtesy copy in English will be provided.

Key collection and document signing take place at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

A door-to-door waste sorting system is in place. Please purchase the appropriate bags and dispose of waste correctly before departure.
