BDC - Phoenix huge Apt 4Bdr and 3Bath
Located in the heart of the Nomentano district, a short distance from the “Bologna” metro station, this house is a work of art.
Huge spaces, plenty of bathrooms, and maximum comfort.
Every room is air-conditioned and heated, with unlimited hot water, 4 huge bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room with an additional double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and separate washing machine and dryer. The icing on the cake: free private parking!
The beds are standard Italian size, 190x160cm.
For bookings of up to 8 guests, the house will be prepared with only the 4 double beds.
If you would like to have the other beds as well, you must book for a larger number of people, at an additional cost.
