Pet Friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $15 per day. Plenty of room for your pets to run and play in the pastures below.

Quiet and secluded with beautiful wooded surroundings. Scenic paved road through private neighborhood. No need for four wheel drive and accessible with motorcycles. Only 1.2 miles off the main Hwy-74/441.

Central location and easy access to highway 441 also makes it convenient to the surrounding towns of Franklin, Cherokee, Waynesville, and Western Carolina University.

Holiday decorating available if rented during the Thanksgiving or Christmas Holidays for an additional $200 fee. If having a large gathering/dinner for the holidays we can set up 2 8' folding tables with 12 chairs decorated with Thanksgiving or Christmas decor. Please let us know at time of booking if you have any special requests

Wedding weekend in the mountains

We rented Melony’s property for our wedding weekend and could not be happier with our choice! The house is easily accessible and has everything you would need. The views are absolutely stunning! Melony was very responsive to our questions and made sure we were comfortable for our stay. We would highly recommend staying here!

First...The pictures do not do this property justice. The home and the view is absolutely stunning. This is a fantastic home if you are looking for a beautiful property away from the hustle and bustle for the weekend. The home itself has everything you would possibly need a weekend getaway and is situated on gated road well over a mile away from the main highway so it is very quiet. Our group decided to go to the casino one night and the property manager made the great recommendation of calling Cherokee Cab company as they had a small party bus which was able to take all of us in one vehicle. In case you want to do this the price we were quoted for the 8 of us was $20 per person round trip. Overall great stay and would highly recommend.

Picturesque

Beautiful and well appointed house(s) nestled in the mountains. Most of the sleeping accommodations are in the guest house, but that worked great for us. Everything was well stocked. Beds were very comfortable, our only suggestion is to swap out metal frames in the guest house beds they squeak loudly. All else was perfect!

Most Magical Time Ever

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property. The Main House is a beautiful open floor plan which allows for a large gathering. Everything was beautifully decorated for Christmas which made the experience even more magical. The VIEW!!!!! Seriously folks, this one is a MUST on your vacay list.

We had the best time at this property! The house is Beautiful and the amenities were wonderful. They have the house stocked with everything you need for a stay away. The property manager was so sweet and helpful and all of my friends want to go back. It’s easy to find and close enough to the Casino if that’s part of the reason you’re going up this way! The views were incredible and we plan on coming back! HIGHLY recommend. Definitely the best stay I’ve had at a rental property in a long time. Thank you for having us!
