Or, if you prefer to dine out, a 5-minute drive will take you to the seaside town of Aldeburgh, with a number of eateries and bars dotted close by to the beach.

For nature enthusiasts, there are a number of nature reserves, bird-watching opportunities and hiking areas in the area, such as Reedbed East bird-watching area along with Reedbed Loop hiking area just next door.
