Tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard, the apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. In additon to the large living room, it has a very large terrace to enjoy the sun and outdoor dining. It also includes a washing machine, dryer, free high speed WiFi and international TV services. Private underground parking included.

The large gardens are impeccably well kept with a beautiful large private pool to relax with your family or friends.

Elviria has an enviable micro climate, with the mountains protecting from winter cold and sea breezes in the summer heat.

The apartment is ideally located with many local restaurants and bars within walking distance and great shops for groceries. Elviria is a lovely quiet area with plenty of amenities and gorgeous beaches. It is a safe and friendly place for the whole family. It is a 10 minute drive to the old town in Marbella and 25 minutes to Malaga airport.
