About this property

"The Nest" at Turkey Hollow is a beautiful spacious new home, located 1 mile from town and the beaches of Block Island. Completed in 2015, this gambrel style vacation home has all the amenities and comforts you would expect from a new home, plus offers all the charm of a classic island home. Wide pine floors, ship-lap and modern touches in the open interior. A modern, sunny kitchen opens to large living and dining area with sliders to a big deck offering gorgeous views of 34 acres . En-suite master bedroom (1 queen bed) and a cozy den/ library complete the 1st floor. Second floor offers an additional en-suite master bedroom (1 queen bed) with a private porch.... absoutley beatutiful views! 2 other bedrooms (twins in each) with connecting balconies and a full bathroom finish out the 2nd floor. *Un-connected finished lower level- ***must walk outside to access lower level*** includes 2 bedrooms (1 queen bed in 1 bedroom, 3 twins in the other), a full bath with slate shower, an open living space with TV and a kitchenette. Office area and fooze-ball table finish the lower level...this home is really perfect for all your needs. Lots of privacy for everyone! Outdoor shower, and plenty of sitting areas. Room for everyone!!

*Block Island is accessible by air or ferry only. Car reservations book on the ferry as far as a year in advance. Please call Interstate Navigation as soon as possible for booking your car reservations.

House is rented by the week (Friday to friday) in peak season and 3 night minimum in the off season.

Perfect House

The house was very nice and comfortable. Well appointed and a nice location convenient to town. This house has ac, which we were very happy for. Beautiful views from decks of natural areas. Frequent visits from deer into the yard was fun to see.

Even better than the photos!

This home is beautiful & perfect for a big group- we had 8 adults & all slept comfortably. Beautiful yard & deck with tons of chairs. Nice open space for meals & cooking. Truly a gem & will certainly be back!

Beautiful private retreat!

Stunning home on Block Island, comfortable furnishings, spacious areas for hanging out. Sara was an excellent host. She communicated well and was friendly and helpful. The five of us had fun seeing the island, especially the lighthouses. At night we brought great food from local restaurants to the house and had a wonderful time being together for the first time since the pandemic began. Thank you, Sara, for providing such a beautiful house for us to enjoy.
