Beautiful and newly renovated property, where the owner lives privately and the barn has been converted into a residence. The barn can be booked and used all year round. The property is heated with a heat pump system, including a hot water tank. All doors and windows are newly installed with triple glazing, ensuring easy control of both heat and cold. It is located in the beautiful South Funen countryside, with a view over the water. The property has a separate entrance and consists of a ground floor and a first floor. On the first floor, there is a covered rooftop terrace with a view of the water in South Funen, as well as two separate bedrooms with double beds. On the ground floor, there is an open-plan kitchen connected to the dining and living area, along with a bathroom, toilet, and a bedroom with a double bed. The property includes private guest parking, located right by the entrance and exclusively for guests staying in the house. The key box is mounted to the left of the entrance. The rental includes water consumption, while electricity is metered and read in the cabinet located by the bathroom/toilet door.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
