Located in the charming village of Blevio, a few minutes from Como, Villa Eugenia — Pool & Garden Retreat in Como Lake is a characteristic stone villa with panoramic lake view pool and private sauna, perfect for a relaxing stay on Lake Como.
Surrounded by greenery and with a beautiful lake view, it offers privacy and tranquility in a panoramic hilly position.
Ideal for couples or small groups of up to 5 guests.

⚠️ Important information:
The villa is located in a hilly position and is accessed via numerous external stairs: the route is demanding and can be uncomfortable, especially with bulky luggage, strollers or for people with reduced mobility.
We also apologize for any inconvenience: in the village and surrounding areas there may be active construction sites with noise during some hours of the day. This is not an element managed by the structure, but rather works outside our control.
For these reasons, access and stay may not be suitable for all guests and we recommend that you carefully evaluate your reservation.
To facilitate arrival:
• check-in in person from 14:00 to 22:00 (no later than)
• one of our collaborators will be present for luggage assistance

We truly enjoyed our stay. House works well for 4 persons and the view of the lake from the nice terrace- and pool areas are absolutely amazing! Access is difficult but Michele was very helpful assisting with the luggage. Bring a backpack for groceries! With day temperatures around 30 degrees, nights were ok - even without A/C.

We had a fantastic stay for 4 nights at the end of August. The climb up the stairs was tricky, especially in the rain but worth it. Michele was a super star and went over and above to make us feel welcome. In the rooms were comfortable and there was lots of room to relax. The pool and sauna where excellent. If you want a place to get away from everything this is the perfect spot. Be sure to bring food for a couple of nights to save a walk to the bottom of the hill.
