Embedded in the well-maintained surroundings of a large estate in Pula, this spacious four-bedroom villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests (8 adults and 2 children). It is ideal for larger families or groups seeking both comfort and privacy.



The interior is carefully designed to enable a natural transition between common and private areas. It features four comfortable bedrooms, an inviting living room flooded with natural light, a dining area perfectly suited for gathering, and a fully equipped kitchen with all essential appliances and cooking utensils for a hassle-free stay.



The outdoor life is the focus of the experience. The private garden area invites guests to relax by the swimming pool, unwind in the hot tub, or enjoy meals from the grill in the covered lounge area.



For additional fun and activity, table tennis, table football, and a trampoline are also available.



Next to the main terrace overlooking the pool area, the villa offers an additional balcony on the entrance side of the house, which creates another quiet corner for enjoying morning coffee or the evening breeze.



Pets are welcome upon request with a surcharge of 10 EUR per pet per night, payable in cash.



The tourist tax is to be paid in cash upon arrival and amounts to 1.60 EUR per person per night.
