All was as shown in pictures. Nice, cozy flat in a lovely historic courtyard. Very quiet, near restaurants and important sights. The only suggestion we have is that drinking glasses and a few hangers be provided.

Location is excellent, centrally located in the heart of the city. Lovely apartment building and generally quiet and peaceful at night.Fold out couch was also comfortable.Be aware: there is no air conditioning, so if you're traveling in the summer months, be prepared.

The location is truly unbeatable, right where we needed to be, with very easy access to public transportation, which made getting around super convenient. The apartment itself is lovely, comfortable, and well-suited for a family stay. The flat was so cute! It was quite hot in Paris during our stay & the flat did not have air conditioning so we could have used an extra fan. The second window did not open as the curtain rod was in the way. Otherwise everything went well & we enjoyed staying in the flat. Great area of Paris with great restaurants & shops. Very walkable.

Great location! Clean and comfortable. Excellent communication with the team. 2 negative points - the key drop and getting the deposit back. We left on a Sunday and couldn't drop the key before 9am. That delayed our plans for the day. Also, it takes 14 business days / 3 weeks after departure for the deposit to be returned. That seems excessive.

We couldn't have asked for a better location for our family trip. This apartment sits right on Saint-Louis en l'Île, one of the most charming streets in all of Paris and it made such a difference to our stay. Being so close to public transportation meant we could explore the city easily, without any of the usual stress that comes with travelling as a family.The apartment itself is lovely, and the host was wonderfully responsive whenever we needed anything. We left feeling like we'd truly experienced Paris in the best possible way.Highly recommend to any family looking for a beautiful, well-connected base in the city.

Very central place and the Saint-Louis Island has some “village” vibe to it. Very safe and easy to get anywhere. The property itself is well appointed and clean. We stayed in July, and although it was hot outside, the temperature inside was manageable. It’s also very quite compared to what you could expect being I. Such a central spot. It’s a minor annoyance to have to go to the local supermarket to retrieve the keys—and bring them back, especially before an early trains.there is actually a financial penalty for not returning the keys to drop-off box at the supermarket, which was was not disclosed upfront. The supermarket opens at 8:45, so be prepared to pay a 50 euro penalty if your trains leaves earlier. Other than that, it’s a good place to stay if you want to be in central Paris.

Wonderful apartment, fantastic location, and excellent value!We absolutely loved our stay! I’ve been traveling to Paris for over 40 years and have never seen such a large shower! The apartment is spacious, modern, and very well equipped, with large, wonderful windows that make it feel airy and bright. It was such a comfortable place to come home to after a day exploring Paris.The location on Île Saint-Louis in the 4th arrondissement is hard to beat. The neighborhood is quiet, charming, and beautiful, and the courtyard is lovely. There is convenient access to major Metro and RER lines. The apartment is on the first floor (the second story for U.S. visitors), with one flight of stairs to walk up.The owner was friendly, easy to work with, and quick to respond. The clear YouTube videos explaining arrival and how to use the appliances were especially helpful. Key pickup was straightforward and well communicated, at a location an easy 10-minute walk from the apartment. One small tip: the AirTag-sized fob on the key ring opens the key box when returning the keys. If arriving on an early flight, plan ahead for luggage storage, as early check-in may not be available.Overall, this is a wonderful apartment and tremendous value for the price in one of the most attractive parts of Paris. We loved the combination of comfort, light, space, and a truly special location. We will definitely check its availability first the next time we visit Paris! We could not have been happier!

The location is everything. Very charming courtyard , quiet and safe with cute restaurants nearby. The apartment was lovely. Picking up and returning the keys was easy. The apartment was very hot when we arrived because it was mid 90s outside. There was one fan in the main room, but the bedroom was extremely warm. We requested a second fan and the owner was able to have it dropped off the next day which was helpful for our second night. The bedroom was small with no space to walk around the foot of the bed. My daughter was able to climb in and out with no problem, but good to know. We enjoyed our stay very much!
