Tarn Landing C-19 is a beautiful 1 bedroom condo near Lake Dillon and the Summit County bike path with views of the wetlands off the back deck. One feature of this condo that sets it apart from other one bedroom condos is 2 full bathrooms. C-19 is a one level condo on the first floor of the building so there are absolutely no stairs to deal with. Built in the summer of 1999, it boasts a nicely finished interior and quality furnishings throughout. Other features of this condo are a fully equipped kitchen, private laundry facilities, a gas fireplace, and WIFI in the unit. There are also common area hot tubs located outside the building and Lake Dillon and the Summit County bike path are right out your door. Bedding goes Queen bed in the master bedroom and Queen sofa sleeper in the living area.

Clean and Comfy

This was a lovely place to make use as a home base for skiing in the area (Breck, Keystone and Vail in my case). The condo was clean and cozy. The check in and check out process was quick and easy. Would stay again!

We accidently left a bag in the condo and they claimed that it was not there. the only logical conclusion is that one of their staff members took it.

We had a new group of people check in, on the afternoon of Jan 2. Then on Monday, Jan 5, 3 days later, this guy called our office to say that he left things in the unit. We called the current guests on Jan 5 to see if they noticed the items, they told us they did not. We also went over to look for the items after the current guests checked out but did not find them. Beautiful condo for ski trip

We really enjoyed the place. It was well stocked with cooking equipment, blankets, towels. Clearly clean. Nice new appliances. Hot water and good water pressure. The hot tub was so soothing after a long day of skiing. Only complaint is our heating stopped working on our last night, but they got someone out with some space heaters and were nice and accomodating. Would stay again

Great location and loved the marsh lands

We left a VRBO in Evergreen that was a pit so we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Small but felt bigger. Great views. Nicely furnished. The only negative was no chairs on the small deck. We bought two plastic ones and left them for the owner. Nice place to have coffee or cocktail and watch the squirrels and even saw a fox. Nice unit.

Family ski/snowboard vacation

This was the perfect location for us to visit Keystone, Vail and Breckenridge. I Loved having a gas station and Walmart so close to grab any items we forgot. The kitchen was fully equipped to meet all our cooking needs and they have so many linens and bath towels. I was very impressed with the snow removal in the parking area. There was a rather strange wet spot in the carpet but easily avoided. I have reported it to the office staff and hope they can get that fixed. I suspect it maybe from the radiant floor heating in the entryway, which was so Awesome! It felt good after a long day in cold boots. Overall we really enjoyed this property and would rent again.

Great Location

My family stayed here for a week in March 2021. We had a wonderful time and love the town of Frisco. This location is ideal to the town, grocery stores and ski slopes. The unit is quaint and the kitchen is well stocked. The unit could have used a better cleaning. There was crumbs in the chairs of the dining room table and discovered dirty pots, when we went to use them. The bathrooms were very clean though. The unit needs a little updating, but that did not really bother us, except the kitchen sink could use a new faucet. We used the couch bed. There was ample bedding including egg crates to make the couch comfy. That was much appreciated. All in all we would stay there again.

Central to all mountains, restaurants, and quick pick ups from gas station. The condo is super comfy and cozy, the bed is super comfortable, and the 2 bathrooms make it nice when staying with friends. Book it!

Peaceful and very well located

Everything was great! The condo was clean and had everything I needed. Very good communication with the property managers. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. It's 3 minutes away from the lake trailhead.

Great home base!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was central to multiple resorts that we were skiing at and very close to grocery stores. The walk to downtown Frisco was an easy mile. Our only grievance would be that the cable quality was bad, which made trying to watch March madness difficult. It would also be great if a drop box could be on site at the property vs. having to drive back to the rental property management location. Overall, recommend though!

Great Location to Vail without Vail Prices

This apartment was perfect for two people who want to ski Vail, but don't want to pay resort prices for lodging. Staying in Frisco was the perfect location, because its an easy 30 minute drive to Vail, and you're surrounded by great shopping and dining options. The apartment was perfect to come back to after a long day of skiing, we could light the fire, start a load of laundry, cook dinner, and relax for the night. The apartment was everything we needed, and I will certainly recommend it in future.

Convenient comfortable stay

Thank you for the stay--we loved the convenience. The view out our window was gorgeous and had a nice vacation. I loved being close to the freeway and having Walmart and Breeze Ski rentals across the street. Thank you--hoope to visit again.

A nice condo, clean, big bathrooms, lots of hanging hooks everywhere for towels, cloths, gear, etc. Decent sofa/ bed. Adjacent to a through fare road and gas station, but amazingly quiet, so not a problem. We did keep the bedroom shaded and drapes closed for privacy.
