Studio apartment – 3 beds – Principessa area

Via della Principessa 63 is located in a truly strategic position. The sea is less than 100 meters away, very close to the "Paradisino" bathing establishment, less than 100 meters away we have a large free car park as well as the possibility of parking in front of the house on the street and 1 convenient private parking space. We are in the middle of 2 shopping centers which are both about 400 meters away (Conad City and Coop). All in a flat position, so you can reach everything comfortably on foot.
At Via della Principessa n.63, directly in front of the Paradisino beach club, we rent a charming ground-floor studio apartment with an outdoor area equipped with a sun awning, table and chairs (please note that the outdoor space is not fenced).
The apartment is ideal for a couple with one child, thanks to its very close proximity to the beach, the town center and all main services.
A private parking space is available at the Paradisino beach club from April 18 to September 13, 2026.
AMENITIES: induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer, small electric oven, washing machine, TV, air conditioning.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
The apartment has 3 beds consisting of one double bed and one single bed. There is also the possibility of a fourth pull-out single bed, suitable for a second child.
LINEN IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE.
Linen rental is available:
Double linen set (bed and bathroom linen including shower mat): €20
Single linen set (bed and bathroom linen): €14
Blankets are not included.
RULES:
Small pets are allowed (maximum 1 per stay).
A €200 security deposit is required upon arrival.
