Getting Around:
From the apartment on Whitchurch Road, it takes about 30 minutes to walk or around 8 to 10 minutes by car to Cardiff City Centre. Cardiff Bay is about a 25 to 30 minute walk or a 6 to 8 minute drive. Bute Park is around 25 to 30 minutes on foot or about 8 to 10 minutes by car. Roath Park is roughly a 50 to 60 minute walk or about 11 minutes by car, and Penarth Pier is about a 60 minute walk or a 14 minute drive

-A fee of £50 will be charged for each lost set of keys, with higher costs possible for security keys. Additionally, replacing locks for security reasons may incur extra charges. We kindly ask you to keep your keys safe.
-A late checkout fee (after 10am) of £50 will be charged if the late checkout has not been pre-booked and the corresponding fee has not been paid in advance.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property. If any evidence of smoking is found (e.g., smoke odour, ashes, cigarette butts), we reserve the right to impose a minimum charge of £250 to cover additional cleaning and fumigation expenses.
-Parties, large gatherings, and outside guests are strictly prohibited. If sufficient evidence of such activities is found, we reserve the right to terminate your stay without a refund and may enlist a security team to enforce eviction. A minimum fee of £500 may be charged to cover deep cleaning and disposal costs. Local authorities may also be involved if necessary.
Smart TV – Live TV is not available, but you’re welcome to log into your personal streaming accounts. Free streaming apps like YouTube are also available for your enjoyment. Please remember to log out of your accounts before departure.
We may sometimes ask for a security deposit if you have no reviews from other hosts.
